emvia 's approach to Strategic Outsourcing is relationship based, technology oriented, delivery focused, and knowledge centered. emvia believes strong partnership with clients is an integral part for successful project implementation. emvia offers a Strategic Partner Group (SPG) model that serves clients with the advantage of a dedicated facility for all their development and support needs using a combination of onsite and offshore resources.
The SPG acts as an extended virtual center of client's internal IT department. It has a dedicated infrastructure that is seamlessly integrated with a client's internal IT infrastructure using a VPN or a dedicated leased line. The SPG has dedicated resources that gives a client the advantage of higher productivity and knowledge management.
The client can take advantage of flexible staffing plans to handle the peaks and troughs and any sudden requirements that may arise during the course of the business giving them a competitive edge for time-to-market.
All Intellectual Property Rights (IPR's) created within the SPG remain the property of the client. The client and SPG jointly setup a Joint Program Management Office (JPMO) that plans and reviews the activities of the SPG. We also establish an open and transparent Project Management System using Web Project Framework.
The SPG, using a combination of onsite/offsite/offshore resources, can provide a 24x7 hour cycle time.
