The SPG will supplement/complement and act as an extended virtual center of client's internal IT department. The SPG will have a dedicated infrastructure that will be seamlessly integrated with client's internal IT infrastructure using a VPN or a dedicated leased line. The SPG will have dedicated resources, and with the learning curve, the client can have the advantage of higher productivity and knowledge management. The client can have flexible staffing plans to handle the peaks and troughs, and any sudden requirements that may arise during the course of the business - giving the competitive edge for time-to-market. The SPG will benefit with the Intellectual Property Rights (IPR's) that are being created by the client and the SPG itself. All IPR created within the SPG will remain the property of client. Client and SPG will jointly setup a Joint Program Management Office (JPMO) that will plan, and review the activities of the SPG. We also establish an open and transparent Project Management System using the Web Project Framework.
